Check each item for stains, loose buttons and torn seams, and point them out at handover. If you will not be home, share the name and number of someone who will, and mention any building entry rules, such as a gate pass or a visitor register, so that pickup is not delayed.
Write anything unusual into the special instructions at checkout. Good examples are an old stain, a delicate embellishment, a fabric you are unsure about or a date by which you need the order back.
