How pickup works at Amrapali Apartment
Apartment pickups run smoothly when we know the block, floor and flat number and any entry rules. If you will be out, leave the bag with a family member or at the security desk and message us so the handover is noted.
When you message us on WhatsApp, it helps to include:
- Apartment name (Amrapali Apartment) and block or tower
- Floor and flat number
- Items and rough count (shirts, sarees, bedsheets, etc.)
- A pickup window between 8 AM and 8 PM
Our executive counts and tags each item in front of you, so both sides hold the same list. Everything is sorted by fabric, cleaned, pressed and checked again before packing, then delivered to the same address, usually 48 to 72 hours after pickup. You pay when the finished order is handed back, by cash or UPI.
