Laundry or dry cleaning: which does your garment need?

Most wardrobes need both. Everyday cottons such as shirts, T-shirts, trousers, kurtas and towels are usually happy with a wash and iron. Structured or delicate pieces, such as blazers, suits, silk sarees, embroidered outfits and many woolens, are usually better served by dry cleaning, which cleans without soaking the fabric in water. The care label sewn into a garment is the best guide, and it is worth checking before every order.

That is why our price list separates the two clearly. A shirt costs ₹59 for wash and iron and ₹120 for dry clean, and trousers are ₹59 and ₹135. If you are unsure which suits a particular piece, add it to your cart, write a note under special instructions, or message us on WhatsApp before pickup and our team will guide you.

Care that follows Delhi's seasons

Monsoon. Humidity is hard on clothes. Damp or lightly worn items packed into a cupboard quickly pick up a musty smell, so make sure everything is fully dry before you store it, and send anything that has sat unworn for weeks for a fresh clean.

Winter. Sweaters, jackets, blankets and quilts should be cleaned before they go into storage, not after they come out. Dirt and body oils left in wool attract moths and set into the fibre over time.

Summer. Light cottons and whites show sweat and dust quickly. Washing them regularly, instead of letting worn shirts pile up, keeps collars and underarms from yellowing.

Wedding season. Sarees, lehengas, sherwanis and gowns often need cleaning before and after an event. Book pickup a few days ahead, because delicate and occasion pieces can take longer than the usual 48-72 hours.

Getting your first order ready

A little preparation makes the process smoother. Sort your clothes by type so that your cart matches what you hand over. Empty every pocket, since pens, tissues and coins cause more trouble than most people expect. Look over each garment for stains, loose buttons or torn seams, and point them out to our pickup executive. Anything special, such as an old stain, a delicate embellishment or a fabric you are unsure about, can be typed into the special instructions box at checkout.

Then plan around the ₹349 minimum. Every order of ₹349 or more gets free pickup and delivery, and orders below that cannot be placed, so combining a few days of laundry into one order is the easiest way to reach it. Share your address and preferred pickup window on WhatsApp, and we will confirm. We are open every day, 8 AM to 8 PM.

Why clear prices matter

Laundry bills should not need decoding. Every service on this site shows its price before you book: shirt wash and iron ₹59 per piece, a two-piece suit ₹450 per set, a simple saree ₹300, and carpet cleaning ₹37.50 per sq ft. The live cart adds everything up, shows whether you have reached the ₹349 minimum, and tells you how much more to add.

There is no online payment on the website. Your order goes to our team as a formatted WhatsApp message, and confirmation and payment are handled directly with you.

What happens after you send your order

Your cart opens in WhatsApp as a neat message for you to review and send. Our team confirms the pickup, collects your garments and checks them before cleaning, again before finishing, and once more before final packing. Most standard orders come back within 48-72 hours. Heavy, delicate or specialised items may need additional care time, and we keep you informed if that happens.
