Ordering and pickup, in more detail

Placing an order takes a couple of minutes. Open the Pricing page, choose a category and add the quantity of each item. The cart adds everything up as you go and shows whether your pickup is free. When you are happy, enter your name, phone number, pickup address and preferred pickup time, add any special instructions, and press send. WhatsApp opens with your complete order written out, ready for you to review before you send it.

A little preparation helps. Sort clothes by type so that the items in your cart match what you hand over, empty all pockets, and look over each garment for stains, missing buttons or loose threads. Keep anything valuable out of the bag. Our team is available every day from 8 AM to 8 PM, and we confirm your pickup window on WhatsApp.

If something changes after you press send, such as a forgotten item or a different pickup time, message us on WhatsApp or call 98710 13117 as soon as you can. We can help as long as processing has not begun.

Pricing and payment

Every service has a listed price with its unit beside it: per piece for most garments, per set for suits, ladies suits and lehengas, per seat for sofas and per sq ft for carpets. The minimum order is ₹349, and pickup and delivery are free on every order. The cart shows how much more you need to reach the minimum. Two wash-and-iron shirts come to ₹118, which is below it, while six pieces at ₹59 come to ₹354 and can be ordered with free pickup.

Carpet and curtain totals depend on size, so treat them as estimates until they are measured or inspected. The website itself does not collect online payment. Your order reaches our team as a WhatsApp message, and confirmation and payment are handled directly with you.

Which service should I choose?

Wash and iron suits everyday cottons such as shirts, trousers, kurtas and towels. Dry cleaning suits structured, lined or delicate pieces such as blazers, suits, silk sarees and embellished outfits. Woolens have their own list, and sweaters, jackets and shawls also appear in the Laundry list at a different price, so follow the care label on your garment. If you are unsure, send a photo on WhatsApp before pickup.

Turnaround and delivery

Most standard laundry and dry cleaning orders are returned within 48-72 hours of pickup. Heavy, delicate or specialised items, such as embellished sarees, lehengas, sherwanis, quilts and heavy curtains, can need additional care time. If you need a garment by a particular date, tell us when you book and leave a few days of margin. If your order is going to take longer than usual, our team keeps you informed on WhatsApp.

Stains, fabrics and care concerns

The best way to protect a garment is to tell us about it early. Add stain details to the special instructions at checkout, and show the concern to our pickup executive when they arrive. Useful details include what caused the mark, how long ago it happened, and whether the fabric has been washed or treated since.

We use appropriate professional techniques and make every reasonable effort on every stain, but we cannot promise that every mark will lift. Old, set or chemically altered stains, including those that have been heat-pressed or treated with home remedies, sometimes cannot be removed without risking the fabric. In those cases, protecting the garment comes first.

A few habits at home help too. Blot fresh spills instead of rubbing them, because rubbing pushes the stain deeper. Avoid ironing over a mark, since heat can set it. Check the care label, and when in doubt about a delicate or embellished piece, message us a photo before pickup.

Your cart and your details

The cart is saved only in your browser on the device you are using. It stays there when you close the page, until you clear your browser data or send the order. There is no account to create and no password to remember. The details you enter at checkout are used to write your WhatsApp message, and nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.
