Choosing between wash and iron, laundry and dry clean

Our price list is split into five groups: Laundry, Men, Women, Woolen and Home care. The Men section lists shirts and trousers twice, as wash and iron and as dry clean. Wash and iron is the everyday choice for cotton and easy-care fabrics. Dry clean suits pieces with structure, lining, delicate finishes or a care label that says so.

You may notice that sweaters, jackets, shawls and overcoats appear in both the Laundry and the Woolen lists at different prices. Check the care label on your garment and pick the list that matches it. If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp with a photo before pickup.

Everyday laundry, made simple

The Laundry list covers daily wear at simple per-piece prices: shirts, T-shirts and trousers at ₹49, plain kurtas at ₹65, plain kurtis at ₹55, salwars at ₹40, dupattas at ₹22, shorts at ₹39, towels at ₹49 and small towels at ₹19. Handkerchiefs, undergarments, sandows and socks are ₹10 each, so small items do not inflate an order. Because it is all priced per piece, you can total your bag yourself before you book.

Occasion wear: sarees, lehengas, sherwanis and gowns

Festive and wedding outfits are priced by how much work they carry. A simple saree is ₹300 and a heavy saree ₹525. A simple lehenga is ₹675 per set and a heavy lehenga ₹1,050. A sherwani is ₹675 and a gown or anarkali ₹450. If your outfit has zari, stone work, sequins or other embellishment, say so in your special instructions so that it is sorted into the right group.

A few habits protect occasion wear between events. Keep it in a breathable cotton or muslin bag rather than plastic. Refold heavy sarees along different lines every few months so creases do not weaken the fabric. Deodorant, perfume, makeup and food marks are best treated early, so tell us about them at pickup instead of waiting. Book a few days ahead of any event, because delicate pieces may need more than the usual 48-72 hours.

Woolens: sweaters, jackets, blankets and quilts

The Woolen list runs from sweaters at ₹210 and cardigans at ₹240 to light jackets at ₹300, heavy jackets at ₹450, overcoats at ₹525 and shawls or stoles at ₹270. Blankets are ₹375 for single and ₹525 for double, and quilts are ₹450 for single and ₹675 for double. Clean woolens before you store them for the season. Fold knits instead of hanging them so they do not stretch, and keep them in breathable bags with something to deter moths.

Carpets, curtains, sofas and bedding

Home fabrics collect Delhi's dust quietly. Carpet cleaning is ₹37.50 per sq ft, so a 5 by 7 ft carpet (35 sq ft) comes to ₹1,312.50 and an 8 by 10 ft carpet (80 sq ft) to ₹3,000. Measure length times width and vacuum the carpet before pickup. Sofa cleaning is ₹270 per seat, so a three-seater is ₹810. Light curtains are ₹240 and heavy curtains ₹375 per piece. Bedsheets are ₹150 for single and ₹225 for double, cushion covers ₹90 and soft toys ₹225.

Carpet and curtain totals depend on size and fabric, so treat them as estimates until they are measured or inspected. Curtains and sofas are worth cleaning once or twice a year, and bedding whenever the season changes.
