Scheduling a pickup, step by step
The simplest route is the Pricing page. Add your items, review the total, fill in your details and press send, and WhatsApp opens with the order written out. Our team then confirms your pickup window. On the day, our pickup executive collects the garments, and you can point out any concerns in person. Your clothes are checked before cleaning, again before finishing and once more before final packing, then returned neatly packed. Most standard orders come back within 48-72 hours.
The minimum order is ₹349, and pickup and delivery are free on every order.

Can I point out a stain or fabric concern?
Absolutely. Add it to Special instructions at checkout and please show the concern to our pickup executive as well.
Do you guarantee every stain will be removed?
We use appropriate professional techniques and make every reasonable effort. Some old, set or chemically altered stains may not lift safely without risking the fabric.
